Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which payments made to Pulse Algo are considered final. By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms of this policy.

1. Nature of Our Services

Pulse Algo provides digital-only, algorithm-based trading signals and analytical tools. Once a subscription is activated, value is delivered instantly in the form of premium access to these services.

2. No Refunds After Activation

• We have a strict no-refund policy after successful activation of the subscription, regardless of usage or satisfaction.
• This applies to both Monthly and Lifetime plans.
• As digital content is made accessible immediately, we are unable to reverse access or revoke benefits already granted.

3. Recommendation for First-Time Users

We strongly encourage new users to begin with the monthly plan to evaluate our platform before purchasing a lifetime subscription.

4. Duplicate or Technical Charges

• In case of accidental duplicate payment or a proven technical error during transaction processing, a full or partial refund may be issued after review.
• Users must notify us at support@pulsealgo.in within 24 hours of the incident.

5. Subscription Cancellation

Users on monthly plans can cancel future auto-renewals before the next billing date via the app or by contacting support. Cancellations do not entitle you to a refund for the current period.

6. Lifetime Plan Clause

The lifetime plan is valid for the lifetime of the Pulse Algo platform, not the user. Refunds will not be granted for changes in trading conditions, market behavior, or personal expectations.

7. Legal Protection

This policy is aligned with Indian digital service and consumer protection law. All disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Madhubani, Bihar.
