Welcome to Pulse Algo, a premium trading signal platform powered by algorithmic intelligence. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services. By subscribing or using Pulse Algo, you agree to abide by the Terms outlined below.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally competent to enter into agreements to use our platform. By subscribing, you represent that you meet this eligibility requirement.

2. Description of Services

Pulse Algo provides market insights, premium trade signals, and tools intended for educational and informational purposes. We do not provide investment advice or portfolio management services.

3. Account and Access

• Subscribers must use their own login credentials. Sharing access is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension without refund.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.

4. Subscription and Payment

• Subscription plans include Monthly and Lifetime options. Payment must be made in advance through Razorpay.
• All payments are non-refundable as per our Refund Policy.
• Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the service, not the user.

5. User Obligations

• You agree not to copy, reproduce, share, or redistribute signals or strategies to third parties.
• You shall not misuse, hack, or interfere with our system or attempt to reverse engineer our algorithm.

6. Risk Disclaimer

Trading involves financial risk. Pulse Algo does not guarantee profits. All decisions based on our insights are at the sole discretion of the user. Past performance does not indicate future results.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, code, strategy logic, and content on Pulse Algo are protected intellectual property. Any unauthorized use or duplication is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

8. Termination & Suspension

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access for violating terms, misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity.
• No refunds will be issued in case of termination due to misconduct.

9. Modifications to Service or Terms

We may revise these Terms or the scope of services at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notifications. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed under the laws of India. Any dispute arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Madhubani, Bihar.
